On the Collection Details screen there is an option to "Replace all". What does the "Replace all" option do?

The "Replace All" button inside the Collection Details screen is a way to process records at the collection level. It will process the records by selecting all metadat changes (adds, modifications, deletes) from you OAI repository and load them into WorldCat. This will replace every WorldCat record that has been modified in the collection with the newer, modified record version.
