Why is the pop-up window blank when I try to open Control Single Heading?
Symptom
- The pop-up window that comes up after you click Control Single Heading freezes, appears blank, or takes a long time to load.

Resolution
Fully sign out of and close Connexion client. Find the application Internet Explorer on your computer. Go into the browser's user menu (this usually looks like 3 horizontal dots in the top right corner). Select Settings. Select Cookies and site permissions. Select to Pop-ups and redirects. Click Add in the Allow box and add the following URLs:
- oclc.org
- worldcat.org
Close Internet Explorer. Reopen Connexion client and sign back in. You should now be able to view the Control Single Heading window.
