Why do I receive the error "Unable to save record"?

Symptom
  • Unable to save a record to the online save file
  • Displays the error "Unable to save record"

Resolution
  1. Login with authorization and password
  2. Search the save file. If the record size is more than 9,990, it has reach its capacity.
  3. Remove unwanted records from the online save file. To do this, right click on the record and select Delete.
