Symptom

Resolution
1. In Sierra's load table, enable the line below that logs a user's Sierra login username:
/^999||m|0|12| | |0|n|G|0|#com="ins"@password=""
2. After that, add "*ins=[your username here] to the same 949 line in OCLC Connexion used to select the correct Sierra load table (mtbtab.click) before exporting:

3. Then paste in the lines associated with the fixed length (960) and variable length (961) fields of the order record:
