An Export Folder is created and it still does not show up on the desktop
Symptom
- When an Export File is created and then you have sent your first record to the folder. The folder still does not show up on the desktop.

Resolution
Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:
- Try refreshing your Windows Desktop.
- You should be able to refresh by pressing F5.
- You can also refresh by right-clicking on the desktop and pick "Refresh" on the dropdown.
