Steps

You will need the following 

1. Domain name: zcat.oclc.org
2. Port: 210
3. Your Cataloging Authorization Number
4. The password for your Cataloging Authorization Number. 

Additional information

New Cataloging Authorizations can be requested from Orders. Only full cataloging subscriptions can use Z39.50 cataloging.
