- You've clicked on Connexion client's Tools > Launch Local Holdings Maintenance option, but you are taken to a login page instead of the LHR.

If those aren't at play, close down Connexion client, rename the Options.xml file, then restart the client.
If renaming the Options.xml file does not resolve the issue, contact OCLC Support with the error you get, the authorization number you are logging in with and the steps you are taking before launching Local Holdings maintenance.
