Error: The TCP/IP connection has been closed by the remote host
Symptom
- When exporting records via Gateway export to your local system, an error reads "The TCP/IP connection has been closed by the remote host"

Resolution
Typically, this error indicates a connection issue on the local system side. Contact the support team for your local system for assistance. You may need to send them a screenshot of your Connexion gateway export settings and a traceroute of the connection to the ILS host. Your IT team should be able to help with the traceroute if needed.
