Connexion client won't let me add a holding to a record I have open

  • You've got a record open in Connexion, but you can't add a holding to it.

Check to see if the record has any validation errors by selecting Edit > Validate from the menu. If it does, correct them and try again. If you can't correct them due to your authority level, feel free to email to get it fixed.

If there are no validation errors on the record, contact OCLC Support with your symbol, the OCN, and the error message.
