Check to see if the record has any validation errors by selecting Edit > Validate from the menu. If it does, correct them and try again. If you can't correct them due to your authority level, feel free to email email@example.com to get it fixed.
If there are no validation errors on the record, contact OCLC Support with your symbol, the OCN, and the error message.
