Cannot save records to local save file

Answer

When try to save a record to the local save file, receive the error:

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

 

Rename the options.xml file and see if that resolves the problem.  Follow these instructions.

 

If renaming the file does not resolve the issue, contact OCLC Support.
