- When you click on the Import button within the Connexion client > Batch > Holdings by OCLC Number window nothing happens and no OCNs fill the list window.

The file you are trying to import includes blanks in the list. Delete the blanks and resave the file, then attempt to import the list again. It should work, if it doesn't, contact OCLC Support with your name, library symbol, the steps you are using and the text file you are trying to import so we can troubleshoot this further.
