A record will not export from Connexion
Symptom
- I am attempting to export a single bibliographic record, but nothing happens.

- Connexion client
Resolution
To Export a single bibliographic record you must have setting configured properly
- Click on the tools menu.
- Choose options.
- Click on the Batch tab.
- Inside the Record Actions area, under the Perform Record Actions in Batch, verify that Bibliographic Record Export and/or Authority Record Export are NOT checked.
- Click OK to close the box.
