A record will not export from Connexion

Symptom
  • I am attempting to export a single bibliographic record, but nothing happens.
  • I am trying to export a record using gateway export, but the record is saving to the local save file instead

Resolution

To Export a single bibliographic record you must have your settings configured properly

  1. Click on the tools menu.
  2. Choose options.
  3. Click on the Batch tab.
  4. Inside the Record Actions area, under the Perform Record Actions in Batch, verify that Bibliographic Record Export and/or Authority Record Export are NOT checked.
  5. Click Apply.
