  2. In the Settings window appropriate to the destination type, edit the settings, and then click OK.
  3. In the Export Destination Name window, keep or edit the displayed name, and then click OK. See Export Destination Name - General rules for more information about changing an export destination name.
  4. In the Export tab, click Close or press <Enter> to apply the settings and close the Options window.
    Or
Click Apply to apply the settings without closing the window.

Export Destination Name - General rules

If you decide to enter a new destination name, rather than accept the suggested name, the name:

  • Must be unique
  • Cannot be the name None
  • Does not affect the destination itself (e.g., if you change the name of an export destination, it does not change the destination itself or any of its settings)
  • Is not case sensitive, but retains upper and lowercase distinctions

The new export destination name can contain up to 50 characters, including spaces.

The new export destination name cannot contain the equals sign (=).

Delete an export destination

  2. Click Close or press <Enter> to apply the settings and close the Options window.
    Or
Click Apply to apply the settings without closing the window.
