Option to skip only name information in field 505

Find out how to skip only name information during spelling in Connexion client.

In some 505 fields, name information appears between a slash and double hyphens. To skip only name information during spelling:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Options > Spelling to view the Spelling tab.
  2. Under Customize Fields, select the For 505, ignore data between / and -- check box. By default, the check box is not selected. The spell checker does not skip data between a slash and a hyphen in the 505 field.

Example:

With the option selected, the spell checker skips only the data in the 505 field shown in italics in the following: Love and peril / the Marquis of Lorne -- To be or not to be / Mrs. Alexander -- The Melancholy hussar / Thomas Hardy
