Status List (online authority save file)

Find out how to access and use the Status List (online authority save file) window in Connexion client.

Purpose of the Status List window

  • Find online authority save file records by workflow status: 
    • View a list of workflow statuses showing the total number of records in the online authority save file that have each status.
      Then 
    • Select specific workflow statuses and show all records with those statuses.
    • Select review status Submitted and show all records you submitted to other libraries for peer review.

Access the Status List window

  1. Navigate to Authorities > Show > By Online Save File Status or press <Ctrl><O>. 
  2. Select check boxes to select records with the statuses you want to retrieve. 
  3. Click Show Records.

Status List window: Features and buttons

Feature How to use
Workflow Status list with check boxes
  • Select one or more of the following statuses:
    • Complete
    • Imported
    • In Process
    • In Review
    • New
  • View the total number of records (shown in parentheses) for each workflow status.
Review Status check box
  • Select the check box for Submitted status.
  • View the total number (shown in parentheses) of records your library submitted for review.

 

Button name Click the button to...
Check All Select all check boxes.
Clear All Deselect all check boxes.
Show Records Open a list of all records that have the statuses you selected.
Cancel Cancel any changes you made and close the window.
