Output to File check box |
With this option set, the first time you print an accessions list (File > Print Accessions List), the client prints the list to the specified file, rather than to your printer. Default: Check box is cleared. Accessions lists print to a printer. If you select the check box, the default HTML file path and file name is provided in the text box: X:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\Application Data\OCLC\Connex\Db\ Caution: Each time you print an accessions list to a file, the data overwrites any existing data in the file. Note: If you change the option from printing to a file to printing to a printer, you must close and re-open the client for the change to take affect. |
Tag on Accessions List text field | Enter a MARC tag (field or field/subfield(s)) containing content you want to print automatically following the data in an accessions list entry. Enter tag numbers and subfield codes with no spaces or delimiters (e.g., 300a) The client appends the exact data in the field/subfield(s) you specify from the record to the end of its entry in the accessions list. |

Browse | Open the Choose an Accessions List Print File window, which is a standard Windows Open window. Navigate to an *.html file to which you want to print accessions lists. |
OK | Apply the settings you entered and close the window. You return to the Printing tab (or press <Enter>). |
Cancel | Cancel any changes you made and close the window. You return to the Printing tab. |
