Discover how to list all authority constant data records in Connexion client.
  1. In the Search Online [or Local] Authority Constant Data dialog (Authorities > Search > Online [or Local] Constant Data), leave all text fields empty or click Clear Search.
  2. Click OK or press <Enter>.
    • The constant data list is sorted alphabetically by name. For the local list, you can click the My Status column heading to re-sort by My Status if that helps you locate a record quicker. To re-sort by name, click the Name column heading.
