How can I get a WorldShare account set up so I can see our CatExpress usage?

Symptom
  • You need to see your CatExpress usage reports in the WorldShare Metadata My Files Downloads site, but you don't have an account.

Resolution

Contact OCLC Support with your name, email address, and OCLC symbol. We will get you the information you need and/or get the account fixed if necessary.
