When are new items reflected in the item count of CONTENTdm reports?

There are two available report areas on the CONTENTdm Administration site:

  1. Server tab > Reports
  2. Collections tab > Reports

The Server report provides a snapshot, under Usage Summary, of the server at the beginning of the month and displays the current and previous months' snapshots. Under Item Types, a current count of items in collections is provided. The same is true when viewing individual Collections reports.

Current item counts are updated only after an item has been successfully indexed.
