The "Add OCR Text" button is grayed out

Symptom

• Unable to add OCR Text to an item in the Project Client, even though your OCR license is active

Resolution

In order to make OCR available, you need to designate a Full Text Search field in the collection field properties (CONTENTdm Administration > Collections > Fields).
