- Submitting a collection for approval returns the error statement "There was an error during the approval process. Review the details below before returning to the Approve items page."

If there is an error during the approval process, please contact OCLC Support and provide the following:
- Site ID
- Collection name/alias
- Full-text and/or screenshot of the approval error
It is possible that one or more items in the approval queue are corrupt and will need to be removed to successfully process the queue. OCLC Support will identify the offending items and remove them to resolve the errors. The removed items will need to be edited and re-uploaded for approval.
