Blank upload screen in the Website Configuration tool

Symptom

• When you click on the Website Configuration tool's Global > Page Types > Home Page > Upload button a blank screen appears rather than a proper list of files.

Resolution

Contact OCLC Support and provide your library's symbol, CONTENTdm server address and note any files you've worked with recently in the upload location.
