Blank upload screen in the Website Configuration tool
Symptom
- When you try to upload a file to the Website Configuration tool using one of the Browse buttons, a blank screen appears rather than a proper list of files. You may see this on the following screens:
- Collection > Page Types > Landing Pages
- Global > Appearance > Header
- Global > Appearance > Favicon
- Collection > Appearance > Header
- Global > Page Types > Home Page
- You may also see a long URL followed by this error message:
Resolution
Contact OCLC Support and provide your library's symbol, CONTENTdm server address and note any files you've worked with recently in the upload location. Images over 500 KB are likely to cause this issue.
