to report validation errors. If the volume isn't picked up by the system or reporting errors, ensure the following:
manifest.txt
file.manifest.txt
and other text files are UTF-8 encoded.If reviewing the file and attempting to re-upload has not resolved the issue, contact OCLC Support and be ready to provide the non-working volume and a volume ingested successfully for comparison.
