2. R = Repeatable; NR = Not repeatable. For local (LBD) tags NR means not repeatable per ILN; R means repeatable per ILN. For copy tags (LHR) NR means not repeatable per copy block (LHR); R means repeatable per copy block (LHR).
3. M = Mandatory; O = Optional.
4. S = System (CBS) generated; NS = non-system (CBS) generated.
5. F = Filtered; P = Protected.
