Patron ILL Approved Flag and Patron ILL Blocked Flag incorrectly set to Y

Patron ILL Approved/Blocked flags may be incorrectly set to Y in any Circulation universe report.  

Identified: 30 March 2026

Workaround: Individually verify patron records in WMS Admin module.

Loan Notification Count in Overdue Items Report Not Updating for Next-Generation Notifications

You cannot see the correct number of notifications sent in the "Loan Notification Count" column of the Overdue Items report when using Next-Generation Notifications with specific notification types of Loan due, Restricted loan, and Recall. The count will always display as 0.
