The COUNTER 5 Database Denials Summary (DR_D2) report summarizes your COUNTER 5 usage counts of IR_M1 multimedia items and IR_A1 journal articles.

  • Data refresh rate: This report's data is updated nightly. It will be updated by 6 a.m. at your institution's data center time. The data will be "as of" the end of the previous day.
  • Data history start date: Data since institutions started using License Manager and COUNTER data harvesting
  • Default date range: The last 13 calendar months
  • Report type: Interactive

Visuals

The COUNTER 5 Database Denials Summary report contains two visuals.

Bar chart

The COUNTER 5 Database Denials Summary (DR_D2) bar chart allows you to change the appearance of all visuals and columns in the report to limit by database denial type or vendor name.

  • Click a database denial type to limit all visuals and columns to content for that type.
  • Click a vendor name type to limit all visuals and columns to metrics for that vendor.
  • Reclick the selected area to restore the appearance of all visuals and columns to their default.

Metric Selector

The COUNTER 5 Database Denials Summary (DR_D2) metric selector allows you to change the appearance of all visuals and columns in the report to limit by item usage type. By default, all item usage types are selected.

  • Deselect the Select all checkbox.
  • Select one or more of the available database denial types.
  • Select the Select all checkbox to restore the appearance of all visuals and columns to their default.

Columns

The COUNTER 5 Database Denials Summary report contains the following columns. Click on a column name for more information.

You can click a column name to change the column sort.

  • Click once to sort the column in ascending order.
  • Click twice to sort the column in descending order.
  • Click three times to restore the column to its original order.
