Recalled Items
Overview
The Recalled Items report lists all items currently recalled in WMS circulation. A top-level KPI provides a quick statistic of the item count. You can use this report to follow up on recalled items not yet returned.

- Dataset: Circulation Item Status
- Data refresh rate: This report's data is updated nightly. It will be updated by 6 a.m. at your institution's data center time. The data will be "as of" the end of the previous day.
- Data history start date: Snapshot (current data only)
- Default date range: N/A
- Report type: Interactive

Filters
Slicer
The Lost or Missing Items report has an Item Material Format slicer that can be applied to the table. By default, the slicer is set to All.
Select one or more of the available values to update the report visual. The available values will depend on your institution's holdings.
Visual
The Lost or Missing Items report displays the Recalled Item Count visual, which provides a count of the recalled items in your collection. This count will if you apply one or more values using the Item Material Format slicer.
Columns
The Lost or Missing Items report contains the following columns. Click on a column name for more information.
You can click a column name to change the column sort.
- Click once to sort the column in ascending order.
- Click twice to sort the column in descending order.
- Click three times to restore the column to its original order.
