How can I tell if a report has reached a row limit?

Symptom

• It is unclear whether a report has reached a row limit.

• WorldShare Reports
• WorldShare Report Designer

Resolution

There is a 50,000 row limit within WorldShare reports. 

The number of rows in a report can be found using the Export tool: 

1. After running a report, select Export on the Main toolbar.
2. Select Data.
3. If the number of lines is shown as 50,000 the data limit has been reached.
4. Click Cancel. 

If a report has reached the 50,000 row limit, add filters to narrow the data set to below 50,000 rows.
