Error message net::ERR BLOCKED BY CLIENT appears in browser console when accessing the Analytics tab

  • You see a blank screen with an orange triangle in the upper right corner when clicking on the Analytics tab in WorldShare and the Chrome browser's Console window shows net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT  errors for loading  .JS or .CSS files

Check the Chrome browser's Options  > Extensions > Manage Extensions list to see if you have  ad blocker software running in your browser. If so, turn it off, then restart your browser and try to access the Analytics tab again. If problems persist, please contact OCLC Support with your library symbol, the error message and any steps you've tried so far.
