Can I create a report that includes 5xx Notes fields?

No, the 5xx Notes fields are not available in Analytics. There is no existing report object that captures these fields.
The fields are searchable in WorldShare Record Manager or with a query collection in Collection Manager, but this data cannot be pulled in WorldShare Reports.
