WorldShare License Manager shows the error "Failed: Error encountered while harvesting."

Symptom

  • My recurring Sushi harvesting for Elsevier - ScienceDirect is showing an error message

  •  "Failed: Error encountered while harvesting."

Resolution

This error message is coming from the vendor.   WorldShare License Manager will not harvest when there is null data.  Please verify with the vendor that there was activity for the afected months.
