My request to add a vendor was declined because they do not support a version of SUSHI. Why is that?

In order for a vendor to be added in License Manager, they must have a compliant entry in the COUNTER Registry. If the vendor is not listed in the registry, then they cannot be added to License Manager. OCLC does not maintain the COUNTER Registry, and you would need to contact your vendor to see if they are able to join the registry.
