Error deleting entry for Long Overdue and Lost Policy

Symptom

• In Service Configuration, when trying to delete a Long Overdue and Lost Policy, you're getting a message that says "Error deleting entry"

This error is likely due to the policy still being in use on an item or items. If you are unable to identify the item that is using the policy, please contact OCLC Support for assistance.
