Why is my SIP2 machine not reading non-Latin characters?

  1. Log into Service Configuration and navigate to WMS Circulation> Integrations > SIP2 IP Addresses.
  2. Select the relevant IP address for your SIP2 machine.
  3. Check the settings.
  4. If Character Encoding is set to Default (IBM850) change it to  UTF-8 and click save.
