Please check the expiration date of the patron. An item cannot circulate to a patron beyond the expiration date of that patron's account.
Additionally, if your loan policy does not include a loan period, the expiration date will be set to the patron account expiration date. If the patron does not have an expiration date and there is no loan period set, the due date automatically defaults to 01/01/2099.
