Why are changes made to the OPAC Statuses, Locations and Circulation Policies grid not taking effect?

Symptom

• Configuration for level 1 fulfillment in My WorldCat.org > OPAC Statuses, Locations and Circulation Policies grid is not being reflected in the place hold button display in WorldCat Discovery

Resolution

Display of the place hold button is also configured in My WorldCat.org > Place Hold/Request Buttons

1. Go to My WorldCat.org > Place Hold/Request Buttons.
2. Under For items owned by [your library] ensure that the Level 1 fulfillment button option is set to It depends on item type, status and location.
