Why am I getting error message "No matching Collection Type Policy"?

This means that no Collection Type Policy was created that covers this Holding Location, Shelving location and Material type mix. To resolve the issue, add a new Collection Type Policy to your Service Configuration under WMS Circulation. If the error persists after confirming that a policy is in place that covers that item mix, please contact OCLC Support with the item's barcode and the patron's barcode.
