To resolve the issue, add a new line to your Loan Policy Map table in your Service Configuration > WMS Circulation > Loans > Loan Policy Map. If the error persists after confirming that a policy is in place that covers that item mix, please contact OCLC Support.
It is often good to add to the bottom of this table a line that will play the role of a catch-all in case a transaction doesn't fit any of the more specific entries above.
