When I try to search for an item in WorldShare Circulation I get a system error stating "unable to perform the search"

This is likely happening because the session of WorldShare has been open for an extended period of time and has timed out. Try the following steps to remedy this issue:

  1. Refresh the web page
  2. If refreshing doesn't work, clear the browser's cache and cookies and restart the browser
