Server Communication Failed error when adding item record

Symptom

• You get the error message "Server Communication Failed" that mentions /wms/cmnd/longrequest/collman-ui-webapp/cmnd/monograph when adding a new item to WorldShare Circulation

Resolution

Check to make sure you have no free text typed into the Cost(s) field (ie. "free"). If so, change it to a monetary value.
