Patron unable to login to my account, they receive the error message "The login system failed with error: Problem processing ACS Response in IDM Bridge"

Resolution
Check to make sure the Source System with the User ID at Source matches the Source System sent by patron update.
- Verify with the Library Staff member providing the patron file or OCLC Support what the Source System is for your library's patrons.
- Login to WorldShare Management Services > Admin.
- Search for the user having the problem.
- Open the Account Info section.
- Look at the patron User ID at Source and verify the corresponding Source System matches the information provided from Library Staff or OCLC Support.
