Patron unable to login to my account, they receive the error message "The login system failed with error: Problem processing ACS Response in IDM Bridge"

Resolution

Check to make sure the Source System with the User ID at Source matches the Source System sent by patron update.

  1. Verify with the Library Staff member providing the patron file or OCLC Support what the Source System is for your library's patrons.
  2. Login to WorldShare Management Services > Admin.
  3. Search for the user having the problem.
  4. Open the Account Info section. 
  5. Look at the patron User ID at Source and verify the corresponding Source System matches the information provided from Library Staff or OCLC Support.
