Is there a way to re-send bills and/or overdue notifications to a patron?

There is not a way to re-send Circulation notifications, be they billing or overdues, without replicating the "event" again. Our circ notification system works on an event and flag system. The event is what triggers the notifications, and then that trigger acts as a flag for the rest. For instance, an item going overdue in 3 days may be the event, since it starts the notifications process, and then every notification after that is based on the flag that the previous one went out.
Because of this, the only way to send notifications out again is to replicate what they need to send out (check out another item, wait X amount of days, etc.).
