Is it possible to add student photos to WorldShare Circulation profiles?

Photos can be added by including a photo URL in the patron's WorldShare account. To add a URL, follow these steps: 

  1. Open the WorldShare Admin tab and search for the patron name under User Management.
  2. Open the patron account by clicking on their name.
  3. Click the Edit button in the upper right corner of the Basic User Data screen and the field Photo URL will appear.
  4. The link to the patron photograph can be entered in the Photo URL field. All photos must come from a secure https:// location.
  5. Click Save.

NOTE: The URL must be on a secure site (URL must start with https). OCLC does not store the photo in the system.

You can also add student photos by including photo URLs in patron data files.
