I have an item whose shelving location in WorldShare Circulation and Item Inventory Report don't match.

  1. Check whether you may have removed the shelving location after the report was generated.
  2. Make a small change to the item in Circulation and save it (and then change it back if needed). The next report should no longer have the incorrect location.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support with the date that the report was generated.
