I am unable to log in to the SFTP server.

Symptom

• When I try to log in to OCLC's FTP server, I am getting an error message that my username and/or password is invalid.

Resolution

If you are getting an error message when attempting to log in to the server, please contact OCLC Support with the following information:

• Your OCLC symbol
• The error message(s) you are receiving
