I am having trouble setting up our POS Printer with our new Windows 10 computers and when I try to install it gives me an error and refuses to continue.

If you are experiencing difficulty in installing a POS printer, the following steps may help resolve your issue:

  1. Go through the OCLC POS Printer set up documentation.
  2. If you experience an error message in the above process, after step 2 (downloading the JavaPOS ADK file) it may be that your virus protection is prohibiting the installation. Disable your virus protection.
  3. If disabling virus protection does not resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support.
