Update any local documentation to reflect the new navigation paths in OCLC Service Configuration

Easier navigation of Service Configuration

The WMS Circulation section of OCLC Service Configuration has been reorganized to make it easier to find related policies and settings.

The main menu has been simplified. Most menu options will guide you to new landing pages where you can choose from a list of relevant policies, etc.

See WorldShare Circulation Configuration to learn more.

Note: You can access the WMS Circulation section of Service Configuration only if your account has the CIRCULATION_ADMIN role. Learn more about Circulation account roles.

Confirmation messages in patron Holds

The patron Holds queue now displays a message to help you verify that a hold was successfully created, updated, or deleted.

Updated style for paginated tables

The controls for most paginated tables in Circulation have been updated to provide you with a more consistent experience across WorldShare applications.

View more Temporary Item search results per page

To make it easier to search for temporary or container items, you can now use the Rows control to view more than ten Temporary Item search results per page.

The Rows selector will appear automatically when there are more than ten search results.

Bug fixes

Select All column on Checkout screen disappears intermittently

This release includes an additional fix for this issue. Please contact OCLC Customer Support if you continue to notice this problem.

Item Statistics display invalid Last Seen date (Firefox & IE 11)

When using Firefox or Internet Explorer 11, the Last Seen date on the item Statistics page was displaying the message 'Invalid Date' for items checked in or checked out after 23 March 2019. This issue has now been resolved.

Item-level holds erroneously honor Forwarding Policy

Item-level holds could not be fulfilled if the associated Hold Request Policy's Forwarding Policy prefers pickup location and the requested item was checked in at a branch other than the pickup location. As of this release, item-level holds can be fulfilled at any branch regardless of the Forwarding Policy.

Cancel button does not work in Service Configuration (IE 11)

When using IE 11, clicking the Cancel button failed to cancel changes and return you to the previous screen in Service Configuration. This issue is now resolved.
