Copy a template

Learn how to copy templates for your Next-Generation Notifications.

Once a Next-Generation Notification template is configured, you can make a copy of it to speed up the creation of additional templates of the same type.

To copy a template, you must first have at least one template created. Then:

  1. Navigate to Service Config > Next-Generation Notifications
  2. Under Templates, locate the template you wish to copy.
  3. Select Copy template next to the template of your choice
  4. Enter a Template name on the Copy template screen and select Copy.
  5. Locate the newly created template and click the Edit option. 
  6. Edit the template as desired and Save any changes.
