Error handling
Use the error handling settings to specify a staff email address to receive copies of Next-Generation Notifications that failed to send to patrons due to missing email addresses
From the Next-Generation Notifications module of the OCLC Service Configuration, select General Settings > Other settings > Manage error handling options.
To enable this feature:
- For Staff email address for error alerts, select Yes.
- Enter the email address under Library staff email address.
- Only one email address may be entered.
- Click Save.
Date/time format
It is possible to configure date and time formats for Email and network print notifications as well as Printed slips / POS with Next-Generation Notifications.
To change these settings:
- Navigate to Service Configuration > WMS Circulation > Next-Generation Notifications > General Settings > Other settings.
- Use the Email and network print notifications and/or Printed slips / POS drop-down menus to select from the following format options:
